As new communities have diminished in the Dunwoody and Sandy Springs GA area, we have adapted our business model to build new homes on client's individual lots.

It is common that these lots are in an old desirable neighborhoods where the former residence was demolished, making way for a great new home.

A large remodeling project can be a smooth running, mind-expanding expression of creativity. Or, it can be a time-consuming, costly experiment in frustration. You may pay a few dollars more to have your work done with us, but the value and pride of your project will last for years to come.

The same great detailing that we put into our new homes, we also provide in our Remodeling jobs. Quality materials and premium structural components are installed and fabricated by veteran worksmen skilled in the building trades. Our trade contractors are selected for their quality and reliability, not because they're the low bidder. Most have been with us over ten years.
