Historically, Bill Grant Homes has designed and built only in the communities we have developed (view our established neighborhoods). That philosophy has slowly evolved as community opportunities in our area of Sandy Springs and Dunwoody have diminished. Great homes are being built on individual lots where the former residences have been demolished. A significant portion of our business today and in the future will be to build dream houses on these reclaimed lots for the new owner.

As infill becomes more a way of life, we have adapted our business model to include building new homes in old desirable neighborhoods on these individual selected lots.
